Corning Manta Rays Swim Team

Congratulations and welcome to the Corning Manta Rays Swim Team family! We believe that parents play a crucial role to the success of the team. Parents serve as role models! Please be aware of this and strive to be positive role models. This can be demonstrated by showing good sportsmanship at all times toward coaches, officials, opponents, and the swimmers. Above all else, the most important thing you can do as the parent of a swimmer is to love and support your child, both in and out of the pool! 

By registering your child, you agree to pay for the following:

*  $100 Registration Fee per swimmer

*  $30-95 USA Swimming Insurance Fee per swimmer (must be paid online and based on level of participation)

*  $150 Family Fee per family (refund @ $10/hr for volunteer time after 3 mandatory Fireworks hrs)

*  Mandatory* $35 Team Swimsuit Fee (boys) / $45 Team Swimsuit Fee (girls) *if your swimmer will be doing duels or     competitive meets 

*  $100 Mandatory Raffle Fundraiser Fee (One of THREE Mandatory Fundraisers.)

* $40 Admin/Late Fee after close date of 6pm on May 30th, 2026

I acknowledge that all fees are due prior to entering the water.
